RennPulse (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website rennpulse.com, the RennPulse AI Chrome Extension, the RennPulse Tracker SaaS dashboard, and the RennPulse Newsletter (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Services.

- Payment information: Billing details provided when purchasing a subscription. We do not store credit card numbers directly; all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on pages, click patterns, and referring URLs.
- Device and browser information: Browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.
- Chrome Extension data: When you use the RennPulse AI Chrome Extension, we may collect anonymized, aggregated data about which auction listing pages are viewed to improve our valuation models. We do not collect your browsing history outside of auction platform pages where the extension is active.
- Log data: IP address, access times, and server log information.
- Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 5 below.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or government identification.
- We do not collect financial account numbers (bank accounts, credit card numbers are handled exclusively by Stripe).
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. How We Use Your Information

- Deliver, maintain, and improve our Services, including the newsletter, Chrome extension, and SaaS dashboard.
